A. ROLES
- Acting as an advisor to Head of Department and Function Head (Sales) for all HR areas related.
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
- Implementing performance management processes.
- Handling employee relations.
- Supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Supporting to Business partner as business purpose.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (40%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles and other key positions across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both job and culture fit.
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline and report regularly on hiring progress.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the employer brand both internally and externally.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers/agencies to oversee the external recruitment of sales workforce.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with headcount plans, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly assess performance, engagement, and retention metrics of outsourced salesman teams.
- Support issue resolution and process improvements in third-party manpower operations.
2. Business Partnering (30%)
- Partner with department heads to understand team structures, workforce planning needs, and organizational changes.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to provide input on people-related decisions, performance issues, and team development.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department leaders, particularly for the Sales teams.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
- Assist in the execution of HR initiatives such as performance reviews, development planning, and internal communications.
3. Learning & Development (25%)
- Organize onboarding training program for new employees for sales department, monitor and evaluate the probationary period, manage related activities until the employee signs the official contract.
- Analyze the training needs of departments and propose appropriate training programs based on the company's current situation.
- Manage the Company's Online Training System.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze data to make appropriate adjustments.
- Coordinate with sales department to carry out training activities.
- Develop training plans and programs according to the approved budget.
4. Others (5%)
- Monthly support in reviewing the timesheets and salary of third-party sales employees.
- Other duties are assigned by HR Director and Assistant HRBP Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant majors.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Solid understanding of labor law, social insurance law, HR policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, mature, accurate, innovative, and excellent time management skills.
