1. Financial Reporting & Business Analysis (70%)
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports, including profitability analysis by customer, channel, product/model, and other business dimensions.
- Analyze monthly Gross Profit (GP) variance and identify key business drivers impacting performance.
- Monitor and evaluate sales schemes, promotional programs, sales incentives, and discount effectiveness.
- Track and analyze logistics costs, production costs, and operating expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Review monthly expenses and prepare accruals in accordance with accounting and financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support Management and General Director in decision-making.
- Collaborate with related departments to understand operational performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Recommend and implement improvements for financial reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
2. Financial Planning & Forecasting (30%)
- Support the annual budgeting and planning process for departments and the company.
- Coordinate with related departments to prepare monthly sales and margin forecasts.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling budgets to ensure actual costs are aligned with approved targets and budgets.
- Support Management in forecasting, target setting, and business planning activities.
- Participate in departmental operating plan preparation and financial planning activities.
- Support equity and debt fundraising activities when required.
